Q: How long is rental?
A: Rental is for 8 hours from the time you selected i.e. if you rent a bounce house at 1:00pm you will have it until 9:00pm. The latest you can book for 8 hour rental is 2:00pm we pick up orders by 10:00pm when we close.
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver to the south suburbs of Chicago or any place that is approximately 30 minutes from zip code 60478
Q: Do you set up equipment ?
A: Absolutely! We take pride in service and we set up and take down every order we receive!
Q: Is it possible to get extra time?
A: Yes we are flexible and offer the option of extra time for bounce house rentals for an additional 2 hours for a small additional fee of $25
Q: Can I rent equipment overnight?
A: No we pick up all our orders the same day or 12am depending on the volume of our pickups for that day
Q: Can I send a deposit?
A: Yes we do deposit for any order over $300 half of the amount is due to secure your date and the remaining balance is due prior to delivery
Q: Do you accept cash?
A: We only accept payments via Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, or Credit or Debit Cards to ensure both parties have documentation of the transaction
